This is my current hair. I love the red! It is fun and actually doesn't fade all gross and orange like some reds do. My stylist said to keep it from fading to orange you got to go with a violet red. I have 3 different reds in my hair to create the dimension and it also helps when it starts to fade. I have a very bright red, then a deeper red and an almost black red. I included some pics of straightened and curled so you get the idea :)
